This one-day web-based workshop will provide an in-depth study of process modeling and Savvion’s Process Modeler that will enable you to execute a process discovery, modeling and design project. The workshop will provide an overview of Savvion’s Business Manager Product suite and life cycle of a process improvement project. Students will learn how to model processes through the application of best practices and use of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) notation. An in-depth study of Savvion’s Process Modeler will be provided through lecture and case studies demonstrating the application of process modeling and improvement best practices in a collaborative environment. This course is offered in 2, 4 hour sessions
