Savvion Process Forms Manager™

Savvion Process Forms enable business managers to incorporate Adobe Acrobat™ PDF and Microsoft InfoPath™ electronic forms as active components of business processes. Savvion Process Forms facilitate the integration of existing forms used to capture and transfer information from your customers, employees and business partners directly into business process applications, eliminating costly, time consuming and error prone data re-entry.

Even with the continued emphasis on migration from paper to electronic media, traditional business forms continue to be the primary interface that customers, partners and employees typically use to interact with organizations who’s products or services they need. Savvion Process Forms now make it possible to integrate those familiar business forms such as order, claims or approval forms, as integral parts of the back-office business processes that the forms feed information to. To accomplish this Savvion has developed interfaces to the two most popular forms packages, Adobe Acrobat PDF and Microsoft InfoPath.

Forms created with Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft InfoPath can now be seamlessly and transparently integrated with Savvion BusinessManager processes through a new extension to the Savvion BPM Studio development environment. Now business managers, who own the forms, are able to collaborate with IT managers, who own the process execution systems, to streamline core business processes while assuring information accuracy. Dynamic Forms
Savvion Process Forms leverage the forms design and deployment capabilities of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft InfoPath to deliver intuitive, feature and content rich forms to business users and customers. These forms can be deployed as intelligent documents that can be downloaded to a PC and filled out off-line when it is most convenient to the client, or the same form can be deployed as an HTML web page to capture the content on-line. A powerful form feature that enables the form to reveal personalized form sections based on the information provided by the user further augments this common look and operation.

Rich forms work on or off-line simplifying data collection
For example a client ordering a specific product might be asked configuration questions, or an applicant might be asked additional questions required for regulatory compliance based on the state they enter. Forms can also perform data validation, assuring information accuracy. The forms are dynamic adjusting to meet the needs of the client and business alike.
